Using the Shopping Cart System

While browsing through the many delights on my site you will notice the "Add to Cart" buttons. Some of these buttons have text field above them. This will allow you to enter specific details about the item you require such as colour, theme or carving detail. You should fill in these fields before selecting the "Add to Cart" button.

As you add more items to your cart you will notice them appearing on a separate page. There are then two ways to purchase your items.

SOMETHING OF NOTE

We would like to advise customers that all our products are handmade, many of which are made specially to order. Whilst we make every effort to fulfil our orders as quickly as possible, we place quality at a higher priority than speed. We aim so ensure that most orders are processed and delivered within 14 days; however, we do ask that customers allow up to 28 days for delivery.

In order to ensure customer privacy, we do not contact our customers to confirm receipt of orders unless it becomes absolutely necessary. However, if you would like us to acknowledge your order and give you and approximate delivery date, please indicate this by sending a separate email.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

At present online transactions for credit cards can be made using Pay Pal. If you do not have a Pay Pal account then simply visit www.paypal.com and sign up for your free, secure account. Pay Pal makes shopping online simple easy and secure!

PAYING BY CHEQUES & POSTAL ORDERS

UK Cheques and Postal Orders are also accepted. You can either keep a manual list of the items you want or utilise the shopping cart system then print off the shopping cart page to send with your payment. Copy and paste your requirements into an email with details on how you wish to pay. You will be emailed an order number which you should send with your cheque. Also please remember to include your name, address and contact number along with any shipping address if it is different to your own. As soon as your payment is cleared your items will be made and dispatched. Please note however that payment by cheque requires at least an additional 5 days for clearing.

When calculating your order for cheque or postal order payment you should add an additional 7% for postage and packaging.
